During the last 5 years, Rahman Enclave is the only project in Islamabad, especially in the Zone IV of Islamabad which has been awarded an NOC by the Capital Development Authority. The NOC of Rahman Enclave us the result of the efforts of the management and CEO of Bin Abdur Rahman (Pvt) Ltd. The road to the NOC was a long and difficult one, but the CEO of Rahman Enclave Mr Abid Rahman did not give up and pursued the single point agenda of obtaining the NOC from CDA for over 4 years.
During the time, the project was practically speaking at halt. Slowly and gradually the momentum of development work was developed and sustained by the management of Rahman Enclave.
Not only did the management of Rahman Enclave obtain its NOC from the CDA, but also from the Islamabad Electric Supply Co (I.E.S.C.O.) and the Sui Northern Gas Ltd (S.N.G.P.L.).
